The producers of a range of condiments using the beers produced by the Wye Valley Brewery.

Ketchups and chutneys which will be the condiments we are putting in the gift packs for added valve.

This can provide an great introduction for food matching with beer instead of wine which people normally think of for dinners.

Wye Valley Brewery

This visit consisted of a tour of the brewery and knowledge of the process of how they make the beer/ale.

The only ingredients they use:

Water or what they may call liquor makes up 90 %

Yeast for fermentation

Hops for the body of flavour

Barley natural sugars

Source ingredients locally within 7 miles for most of their production

There is a want to encourage local business to buy their ingredients for their products from local source which will encourage them to keep on growing as there is a demand.

From questioning the clients vital information was learnt to help with the development of the gift box design.

The logo be kept the same

Try to incorporate Legges logo onto the box

Not to use awards they've won as they have a shelf life from the year they won it
